Pengaturan Internasional Tentang Pendirian Badan Anti Korupsi Menurut United Nations Convention Against Corruption (Uncac) Tahun 2003 Dan Implementasinya Di Indonesia
Abstract
UNCAC (United Nations Convention against Corruption) is the
first anti-corruption convention global level that takes a comprehensive
approach in solving the problem of corruption. UNCAC consists of 8 Chapters
with Article 71 which requires ratifying countries to implement the content of
the convention. Many countries in the world have ratified the UNCAC, and
Indonesia has ratified the UNCAC is the enacted Law of the Republic of
Indonesia Number 7 of 2006 on Ratification UNCAC Year 2003. The formulation of
the issues raised are: 1) How does the international arrangement on the
establishment of anti-corruption bodies by UNCAC 2003?, 2) How Implemantation
UNCAC on the establishment of the Anti-Corruption Agency in Indonesia?. This
